CA Sales Claims has a provision for CA Sales & Distribution employees and customers to be able to upload documents for few predefined upload types via mobile app. Reverse Logistics in also present to track goods picked from customers location by CA Sales truck drivers and do not get lost in transit and do reach the warehouse.
Features:-
1. New Claim (Role = Customer):- This screen will allow users having role as Customer to create claims with details of goods, vehicle no, driver, checker etc. and upload document against it.
2. New Claim (Role = CA Sales):- This screen will allow users having role as Sales i.e. the employees of the company to create claims with details of goods, vehicle no, driver, checker etc. and upload document against it.
3. Order Upload:- This screen will allow users having role as Sales to upload orders with customer name.
4. GRV Upload:- This screen will allow users having role as Warehousing to upload GRV (Goods Receive Vouchers) with Principal name.
5. GRR Upload:- This screen will allow users having role as Warehousing to upload GRR (Goods Return Request) against the claims.
